This is a list I have composed of the top 10 free iphone apps that I would use regularly on my iphone:
1. Find Me!
Find Me! lets you know where you are and gives you information about where you're standing.
- FEATURES:
- Send information about where you are via Email or Twitter
- Get coordinates, street address, etc.
GPS or WiFi connection required.
2. eBay Mobile
You can check out all about the eBay App here: iPhone eBay App
3. Telekinesis: iPhone Remote Desktop
This is one of the coolest iPhone applications I have seen. Telekinesis gives you remote accsess to your mac via your iPhone!
- Screen capture with mouse click and basic typing support
- Simple iTunes Remote control (Control iTunes with your iPhone! maybe your iTV also?)

4. VoiceNotes
Excellent App that I have used to record minutes of a business meeting and important notes from lectures. It's an app that allows you to record sound for a few minutes, which is VERY handy!
5. Twinkle
One of the incredible features of Twinkle that sets it apart from the rest is how it utilizes the iPhone 2.0 software’s ability to provide location services and put you in contact with other users nearby. Not only can you keep your Twitter account buzzing with convenient hyper-updating, you can now discover, connect, and send messages to people near your current location. A little creepy? Yes. But it’s hands down the coolest feature of the app and should provide some really great interaction among the Twinkle community.
6. Pandora
An excellent Internet Radio App for your Free iPhone. I like this app mainly because I run out of songs to download and listen to, listening to the radio is a great way of finding new music and artists that you enjoy listening to ...it's also good for news if your into that kind of stuff :P
7. NetNewsWire
NetNewsWire for iPhone is a free native application based on the award winning RSS feed reader for Mac. NetNewsWire for iPhone provides you with a lightweight, easy application for keeping up with feeds on the go and it syncs with NewsGator’s suite of RSS readers, including NetNewsWire for Macintosh, FeedDemon, Inbox, and NewsGator Online. RSS is the fastest and most efficient way to read your favorite news and with NetNewsWire for iPhone you can access feeds wherever you are.
8. Tap Tap Revolution
I found it necessary to give this a mention in my Top 10. This app is fantastic, enjoying and excellent for killing time! It's basically Guitar Hero for your iPhone, except your tapping your fingers to the beats rather than strumming. I would recommend anyone and everyone to try out this game!
9. MobileChat
This app provides you with AOL Instant Messaging, what more needs to be said, simply awesome. It is an entirely lightweight program and can even handle running on EDGE on the first generation iPhones very smoothly.
10. Flashlight
Although the iPhone's camera doesn't possess a LED flash, the main screen is itself quite bright, especially so when all the pixels are set to a nice bright colour. In this case you can drag left to switch between white, red, green and blue, though (obviously) the white version's the brightest. Even more so when you swipe upwards to increase the screen brightness. It's usually quite enough to find your way in the dark. Imagine coming into the bedroom late and not wanting to disturb your partner - with the glow from Flashlight you can see what you're doing and he/she's not awoken by a piercingly bright traditional torch.
